Doi Pui Tribal Village

Location: in the vicinity of Doi Suthep Mountain, 4 kilometers from Phu Ping Palace, Mueang Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Doi Pui Tribal Village is a small village only inhabited by a dozen of households. During to the undeveloped mountain road, it is too rugged to reach and only a local small transportation can head there. The tribal village is decorated by papaver flowers, which is regarded as the most beautiful flower in the world though serving as the superior material for terrible opium. In the village, there is a museum opened by villagers to exhibit six ethnic groups’ household utensils.
