Highway and river transport are the main transportations of Cambodia.
There are flights between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap (about 40 minutes).
There are mainly two railways in the Cambodia: Phnom Penh – Poipet (385 kilometers, lead to Thailand); Phnom Penh – Sihanoukville (270 kilometers)
Highway: Cambodian highway has a total length of 15,000 kilometers. There are mainly four highways: Hinghway No.1, Phnom Penh – Ho Chi Minh City; Highway No.2, Phnom Penh – Sihanoukville Port; Highway No.5, Phnom Penh to the border of Thailand; Highway No.6, Phnom Penh – Siem Reap – Angkor Wat.
Water transport: Mekong River and Tonle Sap Lake. The main river habours in Cambodia are Phnom Penh, Kampong Cham, and Kampong Chhnang. Sihanoukville harbour is the only external seaport.
