Entry fee: 1900 Baht for adult, 1700 Baht for child over 4 years old, (ticket includes performance and buffet, extra 250 Baht for a golden seat in the theater).

Officially opened in 1998 and known as Thailand’s Disney, the Fantasea is the most popular tourist attraction in Phuket Island. Covering 140 hectares, Phuket Fantasea is a large scale nighttime theme park and a combination of themed business streets, snack stands, palace-style dining hall and luxuriant modernized theatre.

The architecture in Fanta Sea Park are exaggeratedly built and has clowns wearing traditional ethnic Thai costume performing along the streets. Here, tourists can find kinds of Thailand characteristic handiworks, a great range of local delicacies and flavored cate from all over the world. Its buffet hall, which can hold 4000 people and built on an artificial lake, is glitteringly decorated as a luxuriant imperial palace.

The night performance starts at 21:00 every night in the theater is the highlight in Fantasea. The performance is backgrounded on an ancient village to demonstrate the mysterious traditional culture of Thailand with song and dance, magic, acrobatics, etc. which are glorified by lights, acoustics and fireworks. The climax occurs in the end when more than 20 elephants appearing on the stage to show off kinds of skills. The entire performance is narrated in both Thai language and English.
