One Day Tonle Sap (Kompong Phluk) & Beng Mealea

8:30 Pick up from hotel. 

After breakfast in hotel, your tour guide will pick you up from hotel then start today’s excursion to the biggest fresh water lake—Tonle Sap Lake and continue with the ruined Temple of Beng Mealea. 

8:30-12:00 Tonle Sap Lake ---Kompong Phluk, Ox Cart Ride

Tour guide pick up then transfer you to visit the biggest Southeast Asia’s largest fresh water lake—Tonle Sap Lake. You will firstly enjoy a fun ox cart ride through the countryside, continue to have a boat trip to enjoy the beautiful lake view and mangrove forest on the lake, then spend rest of the morning at the largest village on the lake which is called Kompong Phluk, to discover the fascinating daily lives of the local people who leave on the water.

Enjoy lunch on a wooden terrace restaurant in Kompong Phluk, and enjoy some relaxing time wander around the wooden terrace path through the mangrove trees. 

13:30 Tour to Beng Mealea.

Continue your excursion to discover the 900-year-old unpreserved temple—Beng Mealea temple, it is spread over several arcres of jungle, is a series of so-called libraries, courtyards, and other chambers that surround a sanctuary. It is considered one of the best temple because if its own character, charming and peaceful.

16:30-17:30 Return to hotel.

Transfer back to hotel, rest of the day will be at your leisure.
